Exchange or Return within 21 Days.
Exchange or Return if you are not satisfied. 100% of the amount paid by you will be refunded in the same manner as you paid except by Cash on Delivery (COD). If you paid by COD then we will refund through online transfer to your bank account. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
- *The invoice value should be equal to or less than Rs.1 lakh* in case purchase of Diamond/Gemstone/Gold/Platinum/Pre-set Solitaire Jewellery.
- *In case purchase of Loose Solitaire the invoice value should be equal to or less than Rs.5 lakh.
- *Not applicable If the invoice value is more than above said value.

- Metal - 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*
- Diamond - 100% of the prevailing diamond value*
- Pre-set Solitaire - 100% of the prevailing solitaire rate*
- Gemstone - 80% of the prevailing gemstone value*
- Loose Solitaire - 90% of the prevailing solitaire rate* (Maximum up-to Rs.5,00,000*)
- *If any discount was given during the purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
- *The Promotional Wallets, Loyalty Points, Referral Bonus, and/or Any Other Bonus used/given while purchasing will also be deducted from the exchange value.
Lifetime Buy-Back
If you want us to do a buy-back, we are ready.
- Additional 10% will be deducted from the prevailing value* in case of Diamond/Solitaire/Gemstone Studded Jewellery.
- Additional 3% will be deducted from the prevailing rate* in case of Plain Metal (Gold/Platinum) Jewellery.
- Additional 20% will be deducted from the prevailing rate* in case of Loose Solitaire.

- Products “Made on Order” are not eligible for Exchange or Return within 21 Days. But eligible for exchange whenever you want after 21 days and Lifetime Buy-Back.
- Return within 21 Days is not applicable on a product purchased against exchanged value, but exchange within 21 days at 100% of the invoice value is applicable.
- You can exchange your product within 21 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will not be considered as exchange within 21 Days.
- Products purchased through My Jewel Plan are eligible for Exchange within 21 Days. But not eligible for Return within 21 Days. However, eligible for exchange whenever you want after 21 days and Lifetime Buyback.
- Return within 21 Days is not applicable on the orders that have been exchanged earlier under the Exchange within 21 Days Policy.
- When we receive any product for Exchange or return within 21 Days, our Quality Assurance Team will review it. If any item that shows sign of wear or is altered, resized (by anyone other than Jewelnme) or damaged cannot be accepted for Exchange or return within 21 Days.
- The product must be accompanied by the original packaging, certificate and the original copy of the invoice for all Exchange or return within the 21 Days.
- In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send it to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.
- The return amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any discount and/or promotion wallets and/or referral bonus etc. were used during the purchase, that amount will be reduced, as applicable.
- In case of a refund on Exchange or return within 21 Days, the amount paid by you will be refunded in the same manner as you paid except by Cash on Delivery (COD). If you paid by COD then we will transfer online to your bank account. It may take 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the product for the refund to be credited to your account.
- In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded in case of an Exchange or return within 21 Days, but if it’s an Exchange whenever you want after 21 Days then the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
- In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
- If the discount was on making charges, it can be reclaimed while arriving for the Exchange whenever you want after 21 Days.
- If the discount was on the metal or stone value then the entire discount will be deducted while arriving for the Exchange whenever you want after 21 Days.
- If the product returned for Exchange and/or Buy-Back. showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Jewelnme shall not be accepted. We reserve the right to accept the product for Exchange/Buy-Back and change the Exchange and Buy-Back value of the product.
- The prevailing market value will be determined by Jewelnme.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
- Any new product purchased against an exchanged value will be eligible for Exchange whenever you want after 21 Days. and Lifetime Buy-Back.
- Exchange whenever you want after 21 Days and Lifetime Buy-Back values does not include the making charges and taxes.
Resizing & Repairs
- If you want to resize your ring, we will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible.
- If the metal weight increases while resizing the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
- If the metal weight decreases while resizing the extra amount shall be refunded to the customer. The payment of the same shall be made by online bank transfer within 7 to 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
- If your jewellery needs to be repaired, there may be a nominal charge, which will be determined by the company on a case to case basis.
- In case of Repairs & Resizing, the shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
